Why

We believe that no one should suffer from clothing poverty. The ability to clothe ourselves and our families is not a luxury, nor is it something that can be abandoned to chance. It belongs to the dignity of every single human being.

“I was naked and you clothed me”. These words, spoken by Jesus, are our inspiration to serve everyone who suffers from clothing poverty to the best of our ability.

We believe that what needs to change is the community desire to overcome adverse circumstances and any inequalities and injustices that lead to clothing poverty. We invite everyone who is able to help and particularly those in positions of power and responsibility to take this aim seriously and to join with us in making clothing poverty a thing of the past.
